Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Trade and Investment
The Chamber will announce the winners of the Dr. Ghazi Al Gosaibi
Award for the best promising institution on Tuesday evening (26 September
2017) at a special event under the patronage and patronage of His
Excellency the Minister of Trade and Investment Dr. Majid bin Abdullah
Al Qasabi.
Al Ataishan noted that the award will be awarded annually to 15 promising institution
that have achieved all the requirements for winning the
award. The three institutions are from the following sectors: (support
and light industries, business and information technology,
entertainment, tourism and restaurants), Engineering design and decoration, Educational and training services, Consulting).
Al Ataishan
explained that this award, which was launched by Asharqia Chamber
years ago, aims at activating and activating the role played by small
and medium institutions in supporting and motivating the national
economy in general and the economy of the Eastern Region in particular
and achieving positive competitiveness among these establishments to
provide better levels of quality. Creativity and renewal and raise the level of productivity, and thus
play a greater role in various areas of Emiratisation, the most
important of which is job settlement and technology.
He
pointed that the nomination for the award was in accordance with
several conditions, namely: matching the establishment to the definition
used by the room for each sector, the existence of a clear address and
address of the establishment within the Eastern Region, and be owned or
managed by Saudi citizens, and that the project has been less than Ten years, in addition to the availability of a commercial register or
license with the participation of the Chamber and all are in force.
"In
the light of past experience of the award, we have witnessed a great
interaction of small and medium institutions. We have witnessed the
emergence of many small and medium institutions that have been put
into the market in a positive way, that added value to the
national economy. As they are important in the national economy.
He
pointed that this award project is in line with a number of efforts
and activities by the Chamber to support the small and
medium institutions sector, namely the establishment of a specialized
center under the name of Small and Medium institutions Center and the
launch of the Youth and Business Councils, The
Small and Medium institutions Forum, as well as a number of training programs
on how to improve and manage the small institutions.
